Collect the registration form from our school office or fill it out online.

Submit Documents
Submit your completed form along with the required documents to finish your application.
Admission Criteria
Manipal School considers applications for all grades from Nursery through Grade 12 on a rolling basis. Here is what you need to know before you apply.
Required Documents
- •Completed registration form
- •Original birth certificate of the student
- •Two recent passport-size photographs of the student
- •Proof of address (Aadhar card, utility bill, or equivalent)
- •Student's Aadhar card copy
- •Previous academic records or progress report cards
- •Transfer Certificate from the previous school (for Grade 1 and above)
Age Requirements
- •Nursery: Child must be 3 years of age as of May 31st of the year of admission
- •Grade 1 onwards: Child must be above 5.6 years as of May 31st of the year of admission office or fill it out online
General Conditions
- •Admissions are subject to seat availability in the applied grade
- •Submission of the form and documents does not guarantee admission
- •The school reserves the right to conduct an interaction or assessment where applicable
- •All original documents must be produced for verification at the time of admission
